Brow lamination is a chemical process that relaxes and straightens your brow hairs, allowing us to brush them in your desired direction. Think of it like a gentle perm for your brows. After the treatment, your brows will stay in place even when you wake up or get them wet.
A basic lamination takes about 45-60 minutes. Adding tinting or shaping extends the service by 15-30 minutes. During the treatment, you’ll relax comfortably while we work on creating your perfect brows. Many clients find it’s a great time to unwind!
Not at all! The process is completely painless. You might feel slight pressure from the brush strokes, but there’s no discomfort involved. If you add brow shaping to your service, you’ll experience the normal sensation of tweezing or waxing.
Results usually last 6-8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and skincare routine. Regular treatments can help train your brows to grow in your desired direction. We recommend maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks to keep your brows looking their best.
Come with clean brows – no makeup, oils, or brow products. Avoid exfoliating or using retinol products around your brows for 48 hours before your appointment. Let your brow hair grow out for at least 2 weeks before the service for the best results.
Keep your brows clean and dry for 24 hours after treatment. Avoid working out, swimming, or using skincare products around your brows during this time. After 24 hours, brush your brows daily with the spoolie we provide. We’ll give you complete aftercare instructions and tips for maintaining your new look.
Most people are good candidates for brow lamination, but we’ll do a quick consultation first. If you have very sparse brows or certain skin conditions, we might recommend a different service. We’ll also check for any sensitivities before starting the treatment.
