  • No sun exposure, tanning beds, sunless. spray or self tanners 4 weeks prior.

  • Avoid active ingredients on your skin such as trentinoin, retinol, benzyl peroxide, glycolic or salicylic acid, astringents or vitamin C 1 week prior.

  • No aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil or blood thinners 48-hours prior.

  • Use broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher prior to appointment.

  • Remove all makeup, creams or oils prior to treatment. Men, have a freshly shaved face.
